The aim of the BC is to introduce you to moving your bones the way nature intended. This 20 minute full body movement class helps you become more balanced and aligned whilst incorporating moves your body should do every time you take a step. The more balanced you are the happier you body will be.
Back 2 Basics - Find Your Core

The fundamentals of human movement! This full body functional class, is a must for all. You will feel strong, mobile and balanced and truly find your core. We also tweak conventional exercises to help you gain more from your body. You will realise the core comes from the whole body moving well!
Move Your Bones - Workout Class
- Online - Zoom - Mondays & Fridays 17.30 - 18.15
Move Your Bones is designed to be a workout out class with an Ellie twist! It takes the moves learnt from the Back 2 Basics class and builds on them to produce a workout which gives you both strength and mobility, as well as being biomechanically great for your body. Quality moves create the change!

As a biomechanist Ellie helps you understand how your body should be moving. She works with curious and interested clients understand how their body moves, works and how everything connects. Book a 1:1 to feel more aligned, get more from your sport, get out of pain or have more body awareness.
